Common questions from studios.
How does shared billing work for a production house workspace?+
Every invited member draws credits from one central workspace balance instead of their own personal balance. You get a single bill for the whole team, rather than reloading credits per seat.
Can we control who sees or edits what?+
Yes. Members are invited by email with role-based access, so you can control who can edit a screenplay, who can only comment, and who has view-only access to budgets and schedules.
Is there a limit on team size?+
Standard team workspaces support up to 500+ members. Larger studios and VFX houses needing unlimited seats can move to the Production House Workspace tier with custom pricing.
Do all 35 tools work for every team member?+
Yes — every tool across Story, Script Analysis, Pre-Production, Finance, Post-Production and Release & Distribution is available to every invited member, not just the workspace owner.
What kind of SSO do you support?+
Google Workspace domain SSO. Once we verify your studio's email domain, anyone signing in with a matching Google Workspace account is automatically added to your workspace — and you can optionally require Google sign-in for that domain instead of allowing passwords.
What does a dedicated account manager and custom SLA include?+
Enterprise workspaces get a named account manager and a committed support response-time SLA, both visible directly in your workspace's billing settings so every team member can see who to contact and what response time to expect.
